Once submitted the Registry will call you and schedule an interview, at that time the Registry
will let you know what information is needed to process your application.
If you are not approved your application fee will be refunded.
*Application Fee is $125.00 includes 4 Breeds and must be paid at time of application.
Additional Breeds may be applied for after your initiall application has bee approved. Payment
of $25.00 for each additional breed you request will be required.
